Payment Specialist

Overview

• Work arrangement: Fully Remote

This role involves executing credit card payments on behalf of clients using internet portals and phone methods in coordination with the Operations Team. The position supports overall payment processing and may include additional tasks assigned by management to help maintain efficient and reliable client payment operations.

Responsibilities

• Make credit card payments for clients through internet portals or phone calls
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure accurate payment processing
• Assist with other assignments as directed by management
