Overview
This role supports payroll operations to ensure accurate, confidential, and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll. You will work closely with the Payroll Director and coordinate with staff members, vendors, and external agencies to help safeguard the organization’s legal and economic standing.
Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately, confidentially, and on time
- Manage day-to-day payroll operations in partnership with the Payroll Director
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with staff members, vendors, and external agencies
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business or Accounting (degree or vocational school diploma preferred)
- Workday payroll experience required
- Five (5) years of payroll and/or accounting experience
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification)
- Degree or vocational school diploma in a related field (Business or Accounting)

- Starting compensation: $24.00 - $28.75 USD per hour
