Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain pricing models for pharmacy products, including medication costs, fulfillment, shipping, and service fees

  • Answer pricing questions from sales, pharmacy operations, and customers; turn questions into clear recommendations
  • Analyze competitor and market pricing to keep offerings competitive

  • Build dashboards and reports on revenue, margin, and pricing performance for leadership
  • Support Revenue Operations with forecasting, deal reviews, and ad hoc analysis
  • Share AI-native workflows by documenting prompts, models, and workflows that work across Revenue Operations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in pricing, revenue operations, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, and building models from scratch)
  • Strong grasp of margin, unit economics, and cost-plus pricing
  • Creative problem solver with a determination to succeed
  • Independent and motivated, with the wisdom to seek help where needed
  • Highly articulate; able to explain pricing recommendations clearly in writing and in person
  • Highly organized; able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams (pharmacy, finance, sales, product, etc.)
