Overview

The organization is seeking a Revenue Operations professional focused on AI-first, customer-obsessed pricing strategy for pharmacy products in a telehealth context. This role builds and maintains pricing models, validates pricing assumptions against real cost and customer data, and helps make pricing legible, trustworthy, and consistent across internal teams and customer-facing materials.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain pricing models for pharmacy products, including medication costs, fulfillment, shipping, and service fees
  • Track drug acquisition costs and supplier pricing changes, flagging margin impact quickly before it affects revenue
  • Answer and resolve pricing questions from sales, pharmacy operations, and customers; translate questions into clear recommendations
  • Analyze competitor and market pricing to keep offerings competitive
  • Recommend pricing for new products, partner deals, and promotions, with a clear margin case for each
  • Own the price book and ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across systems, contracts, and customer-facing materials
  • Build dashboards and reports on revenue, margin, and pricing performance for leadership
  • Support Revenue Operations with forecasting, deal reviews, and ad hoc analysis
  • Use LLMs to structure pricing problems and draft analysis; apply judgment to check outputs and make recommendations decision-ready
  • Validate pricing assumptions against real costs, margins, and customer behavior, using learnings to improve pricing before issues become patterns
  • Share AI-native workflows by documenting prompts, models, and workflows that work

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in pricing, revenue operations, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and building models from scratch
  • Strong grasp of margin, unit economics, and cost-plus pricing
  • Creative problem solver who can take on projects that may be new
  • Independent and motivated, with the wisdom to seek help when needed
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly articulate; able to explain pricing recommendations clearly in writing and in person
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (pharmacy, finance, sales, product, etc.)
