Overview

This role involves serving as a Principal Analyst and Finance AI Expert, focusing on delivering actionable insights to senior finance leaders, particularly CFOs, to advance AI adoption and transform finance functions.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply a proven methodology to identify world-class insights addressing complex business and AI challenges.
  • Develop impactful, timely, objective, and trusted insights tailored for advanced CFOs and finance transformation leaders.
  • Translate cutting-edge insights into practical teachings for CFOs and senior finance executives.
  • Create prose, graphics, and presentations with engaging storylines that influence strategic approaches.
  • Contribute ideas to advance colleagues' thinking on solving critical finance challenges.
  • Conduct research interviews with senior finance executives to identify shared challenges, test hypotheses, and provide real-time teaching.
  • Continuously deepen expertise in finance and AI to develop thought leadership within the analyst team.
  • Engage with senior finance leaders to help solve complex challenges and improve business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for exploring uncharted conceptual areas where existing models or frameworks may not exist.
  • Strong appetite for deep content and AI expertise development.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and/or quantitative data to create original insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD degrees in fields such as Sociology, History, Philosophy, Literature, MBA, or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in research and producing client-ready insights.
  • Academic background or professional experience in corporate finance.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools professionally or personally, with a strong willingness to experiment and stay current with emerging AI capabilities.
  • Understanding of how technology, business trends, and macroeconomic shifts impact enterprises and leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated base salary range: $84,000 - $112,000 USD, with actual salary dependent on education, experience, and location.
  • Eligibility for annual bonus plans based on company and individual performance or role-based uncapped sales incentives.
