Project Support Analyst

Overview

• Fully remote role
• Supports multiple projects to help ensure compliance with contract obligations and internal policies.
• Provides financial and contract assistance, including monitoring, documentation, and cost development, in partnership with project managers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract support, including monitoring, compliance, and documentation
• Assist with cost and rate development and maintain project records
• Support invoicing and progress reporting for project teams
• Manage processing of subcontracts and purchase orders
• Execute coding and processing of subcontractor and vendor invoices
• Assist with billing collections as needed
• Maintain contractual and financial project documentation
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
• Assist with project closeout to ensure requirements are met
• Adapt to and execute additional assignments as needed
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members when applicable

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of project support or related experience
• Degree in Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Technical aptitude with internal and external computer systems and software
• Understanding of contract and subcontract management procedures
• Proficiency in project documentation, invoicing, and reporting
• Ability to assist with cost and rate development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint and project scheduling software experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range and Compensation Package

• Location A: $28.30 - $38.00 per hour
• Location B: $30.70 - $41.90 per hour
• Location C: $33.60 - $45.70 per hour
• Pay varies based on candidate experience, skills, and education
