Proposal - Pricing Anst Sr Prin Operations Proposal Group - BAL Business Area Lead (Full-time Remote)

Overview

This role supports the Electronic Solutions Operations Proposal Group by leading proposal activities across various business areas. The team coordinates and oversees pricing for Operations Content (manufacturing nonrecurring, manufacturing labor, and material) within ES proposals. The successful candidate will ensure proposals comply with Government requirements and ES proposal governance, while also participating in special projects and process improvement teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead proposal pricing activities covering Operations Content, including:
  • manufacturing nonrecurring
  • manufacturing labor
  • material
• Ensure proposals conform to Government requirements and ES proposal governance
• Perform special projects as assigned
• Participate in process improvement teams
• Manage fluid proposal deadlines and shifting priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrate sound decision-making skills, including knowing when to independently seek solutions and when/how to request assistance
• Ability to communicate effectively, partner cross-functionally, and “get to Yes” while complying with internal and external requirements, policies, and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience preparing/pricing proposals for submission to government customers
• Working knowledge of FAR 15.408, Table 15-2; DFARS 252.215.7007; and finance directives and Practice 8-02

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-Time Salary Range: $113080 - $192280
