Overview
This is a full-time role requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, with at least 4 hours worked per day and a minimum of 20 hours per week. The schedule must include a 4-hour overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST). The initial contract duration is 8 weeks.

It collaborates with leading AI labs to enhance frontier model capabilities in areas such as reasoning, coding, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM, and frontier knowledge, and applies these advancements to build real-world AI solutions for mission-critical business needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide omnichannel chat support to small and medium-sized business (SMB) owners.
- Respond to both general help inquiries and complex, data-intensive accounting questions.
- Support SMB clients with bookkeeping and financial guidance.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to deliver accurate and insightful responses.
- Complete assigned tasks based on PowerPoint presentations as required.
Requirements
- Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis.
- Ability to manage complex, data-driven accounting queries.
- Experience working with SMB clients is preferred.

- SMB business owners with hands-on accounting experience.
- Experts with relevant domain expertise who have previously engaged in similar roles.
- Accountants or bookkeepers comfortable handling high-volume, data-heavy queries.
