Overview
This role involves evaluating AI-generated quantitative finance forecasting models to ensure their assumptions, logic, and outputs are accurate and reliable. The position is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract suited for professionals with strong quantitative finance and data analysis skills who can critically assess financial models and forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated quantitative model outputs, verifying inputs, logic, and assumptions
- Validate key forecasting drivers and identify inconsistencies, errors, or unrealistic assumptions
- Summarize expected financial trends and performance scenarios in clear, structured formats
- Detect anomalies in structured financial and statistical data
- Deliver findings using standardized evaluation frameworks designed for AI training
- Work independently and asynchronously on a flexible schedule
Requirements
- Strong background in quantitative finance, statistics, econometrics, or data analysis
- Analytical thinker capable of interrogating model logic and identifying weak assumptions
- Comfortable working with structured data and interpreting complex quantitative outputs
- Detail-oriented and systematic approach to work
- Clear written communication skills to concisely present technical findings
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Python, R, MATLAB, or other quantitative modeling tools
- Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, risk analysis, or investment research
- Background in academia, sell-side/buy-side finance, or quantitative research
- Prior exposure to AI evaluation workflows or data labeling platforms
