A dynamic data platform focused on building the backbone for the open financial system is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role involves processing all accounts receivable transactions, raising customer sales orders and invoices, and ensuring timely payments.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Generate customer sales orders and invoices
- Ensure timely settlement of payments
- Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve payment issues
- Manage audit queries related to accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records
Requirements
- Comfort and familiarity with crypto wallets and crypto accounting
- Experience working with various software tools related to accounting and finance
- Strong back-office skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Experience creating multi-currency and cryptocurrency invoices
- Prior accounts receivable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets
- Strong collaboration and analytical problem-solving skills
- Clear communication abilities
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
