Remote Client Accounting Services Senior/Supervisor

Overview

A growing public accounting CPA firm is seeking a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Senior or Supervisor to join their fully remote team. The firm provides advisory, tax, and accounting solutions to closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals across the U.S., with a focus on outsourced accounting, controllership, and advisory services across industries such as real estate, professional services, healthcare, technology, and nonprofit.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple outsourced accounting engagements from start to finish
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and/or review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and seniors
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial reporting
• Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls
• Coordinate with tax and audit teams as needed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA license preferred or actively pursuing
• 3–7+ years of experience in public accounting or outsourced accounting services
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online or NetSuite
• Prior experience reviewing staff work at a supervisor level
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a deadline-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 plus performance-based bonuses
