Overview
This role involves training AI systems to better understand financial principles and decision-making processes. The specialist will review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets by verifying reasoning and accuracy, testing AI with complex financial scenarios, and providing structured feedback.
Responsibilities
- Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex financial problems
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness and overall performance
- Identify edge cases and assess the quality of AI reasoning
Requirements
- Expert-level financial reasoning skills
- Formal education or training in finance fields such as Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning
- Master's degree or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred but not mandatory
- Native or bilingual fluency in English
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $50 to $60
