An organization specializing in artificial intelligence is seeking a Finance Annotation Specialist to contribute to the development of AI Assistant models tailored for finance professionals. This remote, flexible role involves applying financial expertise to improve AI understanding and processing of complex financial concepts.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI Assistant responses for accuracy and relevance in macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Verify the reasoning behind AI-generated answers to ensure logical consistency and correctness.
- Challenge AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to test robustness.
- Provide detailed, structured feedback to support iterative improvements of AI responses.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI developers to communicate insights and suggest enhancements.
- Stay informed on current financial trends and principles to keep AI models up to date with industry standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related fields (e.g., MBA, CFA, PhD) is highly preferred.
- Substantial professional experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate development, or wealth management.
- Strong financial reasoning and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI models.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
