Overview

A financial technology organization is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations team member to support the growth of their customer base and revenue. The team focuses on building platforms, infrastructure, dashboards, insights, enablement, and project management to support the go-to-market organization. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance capabilities, processes, and results within the revenue teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Relationship Management, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to identify and solve complex challenges.
  • Own and drive high-impact initiatives over months or quarters, including defining problems, aligning stakeholders, overseeing implementation, and measuring outcomes.
  • Use data to identify opportunities and support decision-making by building dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into performance, pipeline, and customer behavior.
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, partnering with data and analytics teams to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop creative solutions leveraging AI and emerging technologies to accelerate workflows, automate processes, and unlock new capabilities.
  • Work across multiple data platforms (including Snowflake, Salesforce, and Omni) to integrate disparate data sources and provide a comprehensive view of customer and prospect behavior.
  • Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and deliver impact through collaboration and consensus-building.

Requirements

  • Experience leading strategic projects or programs in consulting, Business Operations, Sales or Revenue Operations, Program Management, or related roles.
  • Strong ownership mindset with curiosity and first-principles problem-solving approach.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including effective communication, consensus-building, and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
  • High data fluency; comfortable extracting and connecting data from multiple sources independently.
  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools such as Omni, Looker, Tableau, or Salesforce, with the ability to simplify complex datasets into actionable visualizations.
  • Enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies, with experience experimenting with tools like large language models, copilots, or automation platforms.
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous business problems.
  • Self-motivated to identify issues and proactively develop and implement solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with good judgment on escalation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, time management, and prioritization skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and benefits.
  • Salary ranges are based on experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity.

Target base salary ranges:

  • US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or San Francisco Bay Area: $124,000 - $155,700
  • US employees outside these metro areas: $112,000 - $140,100
  • Canadian employees (any location): 130,000 - 163,400 CAD

Location

Open to US and Canadian employees, with salary ranges adjusted by location.
