Overview
This role is an individual contributor position focused on Revenue Operations strategy and execution. You will partner closely with the RevOps Senior Director and work with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify drivers behind performance, build GTM programs, own the forecast, and lead the analysis behind major commercial decisions.
Responsibilities
-
Partner with GTM leadership
- Set up and run the operating cadence with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews
- Identify underlying problems early, trace them to root causes, and scope fixes
- Surface opportunities to leaders that they may not have asked about yet
-
Run GTM programs
- Own GTM projects end to end, prioritized based on insights you uncover with leadership
- Serve as the RevOps point of contact on cross-functional initiatives beyond GTM, including product launches
-
Own forecasting and reporting
- Build, maintain, and publish the GTM forecast, including Sales and CS forecasts
- Create cadence reports for each functional team (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Analyze trends and translate them into clear points of view for the executive team and the board
-
Lead strategy and deep analysis
- Drive research behind larger initiatives (examples include TAM analysis for each product, and an overhaul of pricing and packaging)
- Evaluate new verticals and monetization ideas; handle ad hoc analysis for the CEO and senior leadership
- Partner with Finance on GTM revenue planning, including quota setting and territory and segmentation design
What this role is not
- Not a CRM administration role: There is a dedicated CRM admin. You will understand GTM systems and design good processes within them, but you will not own the systems.
- Not an order-taking role: You will partner with GTM leaders and the RevOps Senior Director rather than acting as a queue for requests.
- Not a report factory role: Reporting is part of the job, but the focus is on analysis and judgment about what matters—not producing dashboards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in similar Revenue Operations or related strategic roles
- Experience with SaaS business models; preference for Vertical SaaS experience at PE-backed companies at a similar stage ($10M - $50M)
- Fluency in GTM SaaS metrics (understanding mechanics, not just definitions)
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the presence to influence senior leaders across functions
- Comfort with ambiguity—ability to process large amounts of information and quickly determine what is critical
- Curiosity and drive; energized by hard problems and able to learn quickly
- Ability to adapt playbooks based on what worked before and why it will (or won’t) work in the current context
- Fluency with AI tools for building decks, forecast artifacts, and ad hoc analysis, along with judgment to know when not to trust AI outputs
