Sales Commission Analyst II

Overview

The organization is seeking a Sales Commission Analyst to calculate, analyze, and maintain accurate contract data for more routine contract assignments. This role involves ensuring data integrity, managing an increased workload, and providing guidance to new hires.

This is a remote position. Candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of the office locations in Allen, TX; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

Salary range: $38,000–$45,000 (determined based on location and experience level).

Working time: Full-Time | Position type: Regular | Position level: Individual Contributor | Team: Sales & Marketing | Travel requirements: 5%

Responsibilities

• Calculate and analyze routine contracts, including supersede and replacement contracts, core deals, terminations, and modifications.
• Accurately enter standard contract data into the contract entry system, ensuring integrity and attention to detail.
• Understand and apply table one and identify appropriate payees as outlined in contracts.
• Scan and store contracts in the data storage system and track them in a master real-time spreadsheet.
• Use corporate reporting tools to validate transactions throughout the month and complete end-of-month checklist validations.
• Answer questions from new hires regarding contract entry procedures.
• Manage increased workload independently and use required software applications for daily tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months in an administrative or support role.

• General math skills required.
• Able to work with and maintain sensitive and confidential data.
