SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Overview

This role supports SAP HCM Payroll in a hands-on capacity.

• Location: REMOTE (with a possible travel requirement to Jackson, MI)
• Duration: 1 Years
• Position: SAP HCM PAYROLL

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to SAP HCM modules, including:
  • Personnel Administration
  • Organizational Management
  • Benefits
  • US Payroll
  • Time Management
• Configure and customize SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll, and Time Management) to align with business processes.
• Design and optimize:
  • Organizational structures
  • Enterprise structures
  • Time policies
    to meet business requirements.
• Work with business teams to understand system needs and enhancements.
• Support custom solutions implemented for non-standard requirements.
• Manage and enhance payroll and time evaluation, including schema modifications and PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules).
• Support workflow automation for HR processes.
• Manage time evaluation and US Payroll, including integration with other third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to:
  • Payroll
  • Benefits
  • time recording and time data processing
  • shift scheduling
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and business rules
• Experience with schema modifications and PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules)
• Experience with Payroll and time evaluation
• Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support
• Ability to handle support for SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, US Payroll, and Time Management

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in HCM
