Overview
This remote role, with occasional travel, involves supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions within a network of modern women’s health practices partnered with hospitals. The organization focuses on reimagining maternity and women’s healthcare by combining technology-enabled, wellness-focused care with clinical systems to improve quality and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update individual site and corporate-wide financial models regularly, incorporating actuals and adjusting forecasts or business model changes.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of business operations to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Controller during the monthly close process to ensure accurate expense accounting and identify budget deviations.
- Prepare reporting packages and presentation materials for internal leadership and board meetings.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, consulting, banking, or transaction services.
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong aptitude for building and working with complex financial models.
- Hypothesis-driven problem solver with excellent time-management skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, balanced with a big-picture perspective.
- Ability to interpret findings and communicate valuable insights effectively.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced business environment; prior startup experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience programming, particularly in Python.
- Interest in the evolving role of AI in FP&A processes.
- Ability to develop systems and processes from scratch without being deterred by challenges.
