Overview
A Senior Analyst position is available, focusing on Commercial Excellence. The role involves analyzing and presenting sales and performance data, optimizing processes, and supporting executive reporting. Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret sales and performance data to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership
- Support executive reporting through clear and concise data storytelling
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Manage analytical projects and ensure timely delivery of outputs
- Monitor key performance metrics and highlight risks or opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including interpreting sales data and identifying trends
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel; experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Understanding of sales process optimization and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Project management and organizational skills with an ownership mindset

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $96,000 - $110,000 per year
- Salary offers based on skills, training, experience, education, and certifications
- Eligibility for annual performance bonus compensation
