Senior Associate

Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Senior Associate with advanced finance expertise to contribute to training AI Assistant models focused on finance. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work part-time or full-time. The position involves applying professional finance knowledge to improve AI understanding of financial principles and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Use your education and professional experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to evaluate their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model performance and reliability

Requirements

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with strong skills in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis
• Master’s or PhD degree (completed or in progress) strongly preferred but not required
• Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling

• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
