Overview
This role involves supporting the Global Client Team with financial analysis, business and ROI modeling, benchmarking, trending data from both client and internal perspectives, ad hoc reporting and analytics, and project work.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data trends to identify patterns and recommend cost-saving initiatives and productivity improvements
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve performance against contractual terms and service level agreements
- Review financial performance, track variances against budget, and present actionable recommendations to senior management to reduce costs and increase revenue
- Analyze client data to uncover trends aligned with key client priorities and evolving industry dynamics
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting; ensure data integrity and quality assurance across all outputs
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency in report generation and data delivery
Requirements
- Prior financial analysis experience within the business travel industry, including knowledge of both internal and client financial management
- Experience extracting and interpreting data from reporting tools such as DecisionSource, a corporate travel analytics platform
- Proficiency in software applications including internet tools, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Corporate travel account management experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range for this position in applicable US jurisdictions is $86,000 to $100,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location
