  • Act as the operational thought leader for client-facing process quality by translating user pain points into process and SLA enhancements
  • Support treasury management, cash movement, reconciliation, settlement, and liquidity workflows with a clear understanding of money flow throughout the lifecycle
  • Define, propose, document, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) where they do not yet exist
  • Identify operational gaps, control weaknesses, and tooling deficiencies; present problems with proposed solutions
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop and improve clearing tools, exception management workflows, dashboards, and operational controls
  • Support issue triage and resolution across clearing, settlement, treasury, and exchange operations, maintaining composure and acting swiftly during incidents

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in financial markets operations with demonstrated expertise in clearing, settlement, and treasury
  • Practical experience with treasury management, liquidity operations, cash movement, and reconciliation workflows
  • Strong knowledge of clearing workflows, trade lifecycle, reconciliation, settlement, operational controls, and escalation management
  • Experience working in regulated financial services environments with a practical understanding of compliance and control requirements
  • Ability to independently create SOPs, process maps, controls documentation, and runbooks
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively across business, compliance, finance, and technical teams
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize and act without direction
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a high-velocity, high-stakes environment where operational decisions have regulatory and financial impact

Compensation & Benefits

  • Unlimited paid time off
  • Full health, vision, and dental coverage
  • 401(k) matching
  • Hardware setup including a new MacBook Pro, large display, and accessories
