Overview

This role supports commercial transformation initiatives by partnering cross-functionally to ideate, implement, and manage global commercial programs. The focus includes discount strategies, incentive programs, and commercial policy execution. The position involves delivering ad-hoc reporting and analysis with visibility to executive leadership, providing insights on market dynamics, ROI, and program impact. It requires leading alignment across Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure seamless design and execution of commercial programs. The role also proactively assesses and refines commercial strategy and manages high-priority program escalations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and support delivery of critical commercial programs with global impact, driving strategy execution.
  • Develop and implement discount and commitment strategies globally, advancing commercial policies to enhance customer engagement and behavior.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership across Sales, Finance, Legal, and other teams to generate actionable insights for optimizing commercial program design, implementation, and enforcement.
  • Design measurement and reporting frameworks to track adherence and performance of commercial programs, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Apply best-in-class project management practices to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Serve as an expert on commercial programs and product offerings, anticipating business challenges and opportunities.
  • Model and analyze commercial offerings and deal structures aligned with go-to-market, product, and financial strategies to optimize discount and incentive programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in commercial transformation, discount and incentive strategy execution, or related analyst roles.
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills, with experience interpreting telemetry data to identify root causes of commercial impact.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, as well as CRM, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a flexible schedule to support peak sales periods and end-of-quarter activities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive cross-functional team performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with media pricing strategies and discounting practices.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools, Agentic AI, and revenue orchestration optimization techniques.
