Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Overview

A rapidly growing CPG manufacturer is seeking a newly created Senior Commercial Finance Manager to establish and lead the commercial finance function and build a team of analysts. This role reports directly to the CFO and supports commercialization finance activities across sales, marketing, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial finance activities that provide clear financial insight for business decisions
• Analyze financial results and explain key drivers of performance
• Prepare budgets and forecasts to support commercial planning
• Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities and scenarios
• Partner with commercial stakeholders to review financial performance and priorities
• Present clear financial information to support timely leadership decisions
• Improve reporting processes to deliver accurate and useful commercial analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, with focus in commercial finance, sales finance, marketing finance, or revenue growth management
• Manufacturing experience required; CPG or FMCG highly preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and cross-functional leaders

• Experience in CPG or FMCG

Compensation & Benefits

• Permanent position
• Salary range of $140,000 to $160,000 + 10% bonus target
