Overview
A remote, full-time Senior Corporate Accountant position is available with a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $150,000 per year. This role involves managing complex financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing month-end and year-end close processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and filings.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or CPA candidacy preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial audits.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
