Senior Equity Analyst

Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Senior Equity Analyst to contribute to the development of AI models designed to assist finance professionals. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work part-time, full-time, or on a periodic basis.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve AI-generated answers related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Use your financial education and professional experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance the intelligence and reliability of successive AI versions
• Evaluate the quality and performance of AI-generated financial analyses

Requirements

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with strong skills in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis
• A Master’s or PhD degree (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred but not mandatory
• Relevant professional backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible hours
• Ability to select preferred projects
• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
