Overview
The organization is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join the Finance Systems team. This role supports the design and architecture of scalable finance systems for a maturing company environment, including finance transformation, finance automation, streamlining core finance processes, and enabling international expansion across current and future finance systems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with accounting and other finance teams to enable new features within Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP modules, including Accounting Hub, Cash Management, Payables, Subledger Accounting, and other finance systems.
- Automate finance processes using AI-enabled solutions.
- Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment for solution design.
- Document and manage testing and related approvals for system changes.
- Support finance teams by providing responses and data from systems for internal and SOX audits.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience working on Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP financial applications and other finance systems.
- Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP modules including Accounting Hub, Payables, Cash management, Receivables, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Subledger Accounting, and FDI reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with all levels and across all departments.
- Outstanding change management skills; ability to lead teams through change.
- Detail-oriented, highly analytical, skilled multi-tasker, and problem-solver.
- Self-motivated, attentive, and able to follow through.
- Driven to add value and continuously seek improvement individually and as a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple macOS, and G Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in other applications such as Zip Procurement to Pay and Navan Travel and Expense.
- Experience creating innovative solutions using AI tools to automate processes within and outside ERP applications.
- Familiarity with treasury systems such as Kyriba and SEC reporting applications such as Workiva.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
- Background in implementing finance-related automation solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $112,500 - $147,500
- Starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
