This role involves independently performing financial and business analysis, recurring and ad hoc reporting, budgeting and forecasting support, financial modeling, and process improvement. The Senior Financial Analyst will take ownership of assigned analyses, processes, and deliverables—organizing and advancing work toward completion, identifying issues, risks, opportunities, and next steps, and engaging Finance leadership for direction and review when appropriate.
Beyond reporting financial results, this position interprets performance trends, identifies underlying business drivers, and communicates clear, decision-ready insights and recommendations. The role also contributes to continued improvement of the Finance function through process standardization, automation, business intelligence, and responsible adoption of approved analytical and AI-enabled technologies.
