Overview

Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate FP&A & Enterprise Functions, this Senior Financial Analyst role owns the consolidated financial model and the company-wide financial metrics framework. Responsibilities include combining revenue and functional plans from Finance Business Partner (FBP) teams into a unified outlook for revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, EBITDA, and other key results. The role validates cross-functional assumptions and dependencies and translates consolidated results into actionable insights for company stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the consolidated financial model, integrating validated assumptions and outputs for revenue, gross margin, labor, operating expenses, EBITDA, and other material measures across forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
  • Partner with FBP teams to understand and consolidate forecasts and models for revenue, Professional Services, CVO, Product, R&D, G&A, labor, and other operations.
  • Maintain clear links and reconciliations among functional models, the consolidated P&L, actual results, and executive reporting; partner with Accounting to resolve material variances.
  • Review functional plans for consistency and identify dependencies, gaps, duplicate or conflicting assumptions, risks, opportunities, and potential management actions.
  • Develop company-wide scenarios and sensitivity analyses showing how changes in functional drivers affect consolidated P&L results and support recommendations.
  • Own the company-wide financial metrics framework, including standard definitions, calculation methods, governance, documentation, and reporting consistency in partnership with functional metric owners.
  • Support monthly and executive reporting with consolidated analysis, KPI reporting, validated model outputs, company-wide scenarios, and key risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze company-wide variances and collaborate with FBPs to connect functional drivers to consolidated financial impacts.
  • Serve as Finance Business Partner for designated G&A functions, supporting budgets, forecasts, monthly budget-to-actual analysis, headcount and purchase requests, business cases, ad hoc decisions, and recommendations to functional leaders.
  • Partner with systems teams and external consultants to document and implement approved consolidation logic, model integrations, and metric calculations in the planning environment.
  • Maintain model documentation, assumption tracking, data-validation controls, and governance standards; identify opportunities to automate recurring consolidations, reconciliations, scenario analyses, and KPI reporting.
  • Present financial findings, scenarios, implications, and recommendations to FP&A leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Support Corporate FP&A’s executive deliverables and consolidated financial narrative by providing validated results, metrics, scenarios, and analysis.
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
