Overview

A Senior Financial Analyst position is available to support the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role involves leading financial planning and analysis projects for the enterprise, including budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex financial and operational data to provide accurate, timely, and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead the annual enterprise budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycle.
  • Develop detailed financial reports and models to assess performance, support strategic planning, and evaluate return on investments and initiatives.
  • Support management by analyzing enterprise processes and serving as a liaison between operating units and corporate groups.
  • Present recommendations and ad-hoc analyses to Executive Leadership.
  • Mentor junior financial analysts on best practices in analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent directly related experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related financial analysis experience.
  • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 5%, depending on workload and project demands.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements.
  • High standards of accuracy and precision.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker, highly driven, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and cross-culturally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience working with global teams in regions such as Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
  • Experience with PowerBI integration and enhancement.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $90,230 to $148,886 annually.
  • Bonuses are discretionary and may or may not apply.
