Overview
This role reports to the Manager of Finance and is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial information to support both operational and strategic decision-making. The position provides financial support across the organization, including assistance with the monthly close process, participation in the annual budget process, completion of annual audit schedules, and various financial analyses.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial data to support decision-making
- Assist with the monthly close process
- Participate in the annual budgeting process
- Complete schedules and documentation for the annual audit
- Conduct various financial analyses to identify issues, opportunities, and potential resolutions
- Collaborate with leadership teams and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial applications, processes, and systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
- Ability to work independently with appropriate prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and position-specific financial applications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with leadership teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
