Overview

A leading organization in the Enterprise Technology sector is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst R&D to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes. This role involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, thereby influencing enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available)

Compensation: $107,944 – $134,930 annually

Responsibilities

  • Support financial and business stakeholders by providing actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support product development
  • Participate in annual and long-term financial planning and analysis
  • Produce KPI reporting and identify trends in performance data
  • Manage small projects aimed at enhancing data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with various teams to conduct comprehensive variance analysis
  • Provide monthly analysis of SaaS metrics and benchmarking

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance, including at least 2 years in FP&A within a SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, economics, business, or related fields
  • Proficiency in financial planning software such as Adaptive Planning and business intelligence tools like Tableau
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for managing large data sets
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial concepts
  • Robust analytical skills for interpreting complex data

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with KPI reporting and data visualization software
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., R or Python)
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and management
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx) for financial modeling and forecasting
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello) to track and manage projects
