This contractor position requires deep expertise in US accounting to support the development of next-generation AI systems. The role focuses on financial data annotation and validation to improve AI training datasets, leveraging knowledge of US GAAP standards and ERP systems. Responsibilities
- Apply US GAAP standards to review, annotate, and validate financial data for AI training purposes, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with AI development teams by providing subject matter expertise and detailed feedback on accounting processes and workflows.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks to identify best practices, optimize workflows, and generate insights for AI training datasets.
- Support quality assurance by auditing training datasets to detect inconsistencies, gaps, or errors that could affect AI model learning.
- Document accounting processes, workflows, and feedback in clear, structured formats suitable for AI training and reinforcement learning.
Requirements
- Active US accounting experience with practical application of US GAAP standards and financial data validation.
- Proficiency with ERP systems including SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks, with the ability to navigate accounting workflows and extract relevant data.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to review financial data for accuracy and consistency in high-stakes AI training contexts.
- Experience documenting accounting processes, workflows, or financial reports suitable for technical training or AI system review.
- Familiarity with financial auditing or quality assurance processes is preferred to support dataset validation and error identification.
Compensation & Benefits
