Senior Financial Analyst - Remote (Minnetonka, MN preferred)

Overview

This role supports business and financial decision-making through financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The position offers flexibility to work remotely within the U.S., with additional in-office requirements for certain metro areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop, perform, and manage analyses of business and financial metrics, as well as performance measures
• Develop and maintain financial reports to communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast, and budget
• Develop, perform, and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Interface with business leaders to build relationships that support financial planning and performance measurement, including reporting and analysis
• Partner with the business to develop, recommend, and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, corporate finance, or a related financial role
• Experience collaborating across a matrix environment to drive business performance
• Work experience anticipating accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational issues; assessing implications; and developing and implementing appropriate action plans
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and the MS Office product suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Healthcare industry
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Snowflake and PeopleSoft

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $60,200 - $107,400 annually (based on full-time employment)
• Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
• Benefits may include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits subject to eligibility requirements)
• Pay and benefits are subject to applicable eligibility requirements and minimum wage laws

Location

• Remote work: Work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.
• In-office requirement: For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
• Preferred location: Minnetonka, MN office
