Overview

A leading health and wellness platform is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A to join their strategic finance team. This role reports to the Director of FP&A and involves ownership of consolidated planning and reporting deliverables, maintaining core financial models, supporting executive and Board materials, and partnering across finance functions to drive forecasting and improve planning infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and fully own components of the consolidated financial model across annual operating plans, long-range plans, and quarterly forecasts
  • Manage the forecast cycle end-to-end, providing insights on risks, opportunities, and recommendations for leadership
  • Develop frameworks to evaluate strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions
  • Prepare executive-facing financial deliverables including Weekly Business Reviews, monthly OpEx reviews, and quarterly Board and Audit Committee materials
  • Create clear, decision-ready analyses explaining variances between actuals, plans, and forecasts at consolidated and segment levels
  • Collaborate with category, marketing, and operations finance teams to consolidate and validate inputs into a coherent corporate view
  • Build Excel/Google Sheet models from scratch to solve complex business questions
  • Define KPIs, develop scorecards, and automate reporting processes
  • Identify and implement improvements to planning and reporting infrastructure using AI, automation, and systems to reduce manual effort and enhance analytical quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, and/or consulting
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills, including building consolidated P&L and scenario models from scratch
  • Proficiency in manipulating large datasets; experience with SQL or Looker is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex analyses into clear narratives for senior leadership
  • Strategic thinker with intellectual curiosity
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Ambitious self-starter comfortable in a dynamic work environment
