Overview

A Senior Financial Analyst position is available to support the Client Support Services (CSS) team. This role involves assisting the CSS Finance Manager with planning, forecasting, and reporting on revenue and costs related to CSS operations. The analyst will provide financial support to various CSS Operations leaders and senior leadership.

The preferred work location is near Lincolnshire, IL or Woodlands, TX facilities; however, strong virtual candidates will be considered. Travel is expected to be less than 5%.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the finance manager and business unit leaders to report financial results and evaluate risks and opportunities related to financial targets.
  • Support preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting materials for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare variance analyses and provide insights on monthly, quarterly, year-to-date, year-to-go, and full-year expense and revenue results compared to plan, forecast, and prior year.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business to support accurate outlooks for the business unit.
  • Perform data-driven analysis on operational aspects to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Support long-range planning and annual budgeting processes through financial modeling.
  • Contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements within Client Support Services.
  • Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analysis on a wide range of operational and financial matters.
  • Participate confidently in meetings with business and finance leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant finance experience with a history of strong performance.
  • Experience working in an operations environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products, SQL query building, and advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, power query, macros).
  • Experience with forecasting, financial modeling, month-end reporting, buy vs lease analysis, M&A, and sales.
  • Experience creating dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Analytical and inquisitive mindset.

  • Salary range: $85,000 to $110,000 USD.
