Overview
A leading organization in the Information Technology sector is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to enhance financial discipline related to P&L visibility, margin improvement, and overall business performance. This role involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve planning processes, financial controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and develop scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.
Location
- Remote (US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available)
Compensation
- $102,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Drive monthly and quarterly forecasting for the Technology P&L
- Develop and maintain multi-scenario financial models
- Analyze and report on key financial performance metrics
- Design and deliver financial presentations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives
- Build and maintain executive-facing financial dashboards
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives within finance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex functions and VBA
- Experience with P&L forecasting and budget contributions
- Strong skills in variance analysis and executive-level communication
- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives in finance
- Familiarity with financial tools such as Netsuite, Anaplan, Salesforce
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or a quantitative discipline
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI
- Knowledge of Oracle, Looker, financial modeling software, automation tools
- Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and cloud financial management tools
