Overview
Remote (U.S. based; must be available to work PST/MST hours)

Employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of background checks.
Responsibilities
Financial Modeling

- Develop scenario models and sensitivity analysis to clearly show the financial impact of operational and strategic decisions.
- Create structurally sound, well-documented models designed to be used and understood by others (not “black boxes”).
Cash Flow Forecasting
- Own the 13-week cash flow forecast for a multi-entity company, including building, maintaining, and communicating what the forecast shows and why it matters.
- Proactively identify cash flow risks and opportunities, partnering with the VP of Finance and Controller to ensure visibility and options.
- Reconcile forecast to actuals and refine the model over time to improve accuracy and usefulness.
Consolidated Reporting & KPIs
- Pull, organize, and consolidate financial and operational data across multiple systems and entities to produce accurate KPI dashboards and management reporting packages.
- Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including budget-to-actual variance analysis with clear, concise commentary.
- Build and maintain consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow views that reflect the full business picture.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting process in partnership with the VP of Finance, coordinating with department leaders to build a bottoms-up plan that reflects operational reality.
- Maintain rolling forecasts that update as the business evolves, flagging material changes quickly.
- Support long-range financial planning and investor-related analysis as needed.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with the Controller and accounting team to ensure FP&A models align with accurate actuals and that reporting reflects the ledger.
- Work with department leaders to understand cost drivers, headcount plans, and operational changes, translating them into the financial model.
- Support the VP of Finance with ad hoc analysis, board materials, and investor reporting.

- 5+ years of FP&A experience, including demonstrated ownership of financial models in a complex, multi-entity or multi-revenue-stream business.
- Hands-on experience building, owning, and communicating a 13-week cash flow forecast end to end.
- Proven ability to pull and organize data across multiple systems and entities to produce consolidated KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel and/or Google Sheets mastery), with models built for clarity, accuracy, and auditability.
- Analytical rigor to validate model outputs, including identifying missing data and recognizing when numbers don’t make sense.
- Ability to communicate financial results and insights clearly to non-finance audiences, including executives.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where limited ones exist.
Background Check Requirement
