Overview
This role leads the General Ledger Accounting function within the Finance team. The Senior Manager, Accounting reports to the US Regional Controller and ensures the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial close processes while maintaining compliance with US GAAP. The position also oversees key accounting activities, strengthens internal controls, and develops scalable processes to support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the General Ledger Accounting team.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
- Oversee account reconciliations, fixed assets, accruals, and related accounting activities.
- Support financial statement audits and statutory reporting requirements.
- Drive standardization and process improvements across accounting operations.
- Establish, maintain, and promote effective internal control practices.
- Support external audits, including DCAA and DCMA audits.
- Perform compliance assessments and strengthen accounting policies, controls, and documentation.
- Develop, maintain, and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Support technical accounting activities and ensure compliance with applicable US GAAP requirements.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of General Ledger accounting processes and period-end close activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- High level of integrity and commitment to compliance and financial accuracy.
- Knowledge of federal contract accounting and related compliance frameworks is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $118,200–$147,800 USD annually.
