The Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations will oversee the operational revenue cycle across three core revenue lines: Home-to-School transportation, Field Trips, and Charter services. This position requires building scalable billing and collections processes and acting as a liaison between field operations, product teams, and Finance.

- Maintain alignment between contracted pricing terms and portal configurations for all active accounts, performing systematic validation at each renewal to ensure billing accuracy.
- Own the monthly billing data cycle, enforcing adjustment submission deadlines with field operations and escalating non-compliance to senior leadership.

- Lead the end-to-end billing dispute resolution process, including root cause investigations and implementing upstream process improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Manage integration protocols with Revenue Accounting, including daily invoice issuance logs, credit memo recommendations, and monthly billing summaries to support accurate and timely financial close.
- Coordinate escalation pathways for product configuration issues and non-payment matters, collaborating with Product and Legal teams with full documentation.
- Lead, develop, and retain a team of Billing Administrators and Accounts Receivable personnel by setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
- Deliver weekly Revenue Operations performance reports to the Executive team covering invoice accuracy, Days Sales Outstanding, dispute resolution cycle time, and collections rate.

- Expertise in contract-to-billing translation, including reviewing service agreements to identify billing implications such as rate structures, payment terms, and account-specific exceptions.
- Working knowledge of revenue accounting principles sufficient to partner effectively with Finance, including understanding revenue recognition, credit memo treatment, deferred revenue, and ASC 606 compliance.
- Proven ability to manage the operational interface between Revenue Operations and Revenue Accounting, maintaining clean handoff documentation and enforcing protocol adherence.
- Experience driving operational accountability across cross-functional teams, including enforcing data submission deadlines while maintaining productive relationships.
