Senior Research Analyst

Overview

This full-time remote role involves delivering data-driven insights to support client engagements and internal initiatives. The position designs and executes research projects, conducts market and organizational research, analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, and produces clear, actionable reports and presentations.

The Senior Research Analyst collaborates with consultants and leadership to translate findings into practical recommendations that inform HR strategies, employee engagement programs, and business decisions. Day-to-day work includes managing research timelines, ensuring data quality, synthesizing complex information, and communicating key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage research projects and research timelines
• Conduct market and organizational research
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data
• Evaluate and interpret research inputs to produce findings and recommendations
• Analyze tokenomics and related market and activity metrics, including liquidity, trading volume, wallet activity, protocol usage, and market trends
• Translate complex information into clear, actionable reports and presentation materials
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Research Analyst in crypto, blockchain, Web3, fintech, or digital assets
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology, including DeFi, NFTs, tokens, and stablecoins
• Experience conducting fundamental, market, technical, and on-chain research
• Ability to analyze tokenomics, liquidity, trading volume, wallet activity, protocol usage, and market trends
• Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools such as Dune, Nansen, Glassnode, Arkham, or similar platforms
• Experience evaluating crypto projects, protocols, exchanges, and investment opportunities
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, risk assessment, and scenario analysis
• Ability to interpret whitepapers, governance proposals, technical documentation, and financial data
• Excellent analytical, research, writing, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL, Python, and data-visualization skills are preferred
• Ability to produce clear research reports, market updates, and actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work objectively with confidential information
