Overview

Senior Tax Manager / Tax Director (Partner Track) opportunity with a Top 100 CPA firm specializing in Estate, Gift & Trust taxation. This is a fully remote position for U.S.-based candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the Estate, Gift & Trust practice serving high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, family offices, business owners, and fiduciaries.
  • Manage complex estate, gift, and trust tax matters.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop staff and future leaders within the practice.
  • Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the practice.

Requirements

  • Active CPA license required.
  • 10+ years of public accounting tax experience.
  • Current Senior Tax Manager, Tax Director, Partner, or an experienced Manager ready for advancement.
  • Extensive expertise in Estate, Gift & Trust taxation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Forms 706, 709, and 1041, fiduciary taxation, and estate & gift tax planning strategies.
  • Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and closely held business owners.
  • Proven ability to review complex tax returns, manage client relationships, and mentor staff.
  • Business development experience is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • JD, LLM, or Master’s degree in Taxation is a plus.
