Overview
This role involves working closely with the President and Co-Founder and the Office of the President's Chief of Staff to support analytical, financial, and strategic initiatives related to key external partnerships and market expansion decisions. The Office of the President operates as a high-trust, problem-solving team focused on strategic frontiers such as partnerships, ecosystem navigation, adjacent markets, and thought leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop partnership strategies and narratives that articulate combined offerings, value creation, and financial impacts.
- Build and maintain financial models to support deal structuring, including pricing scenarios, margin analysis, revenue projections, and sensitivity analyses.
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to evaluate new care settings, product categories, and distribution channels.
- Perform ad hoc strategic analyses such as acquisition evaluations, board meeting briefings, and economic sizing of new product categories.
- Deliver usable artifacts such as models, decks, memos, and analyses that inform high-stakes meetings and negotiations.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of professional experience combining analytical rigor and business judgment, preferably in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, strategic finance, or corporate development.
- Strong financial modeling skills, including building models from scratch and iterating in real time.
- Clear, structured written communication skills capable of producing precise, well-organized memos, pre-briefs, and partnership decks.
- Ability to work effectively under ambiguity and compressed timelines, quickly scoping problems and delivering actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Foundation models and hyperscalers, including competitive dynamics and partnership structures in AI infrastructure.
- Health systems, including technology adoption and stakeholder navigation.
- Adjacent healthcare markets such as revenue cycle management, payers, or life sciences.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and producing deliverables that enable decision-making.
- Familiarity with AI systems that improve over time through compounding use.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $150,000–$225,000 per year, excluding equity or bonus targets.
