Specialist - F&A - I2C 4A

Overview

This role is responsible for all activities related to the I2C domain, including cash application, reconciliation, posting transactions, and managing delinquent and suspense items in line with defined service parameters.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile the agent account based on the remittance provided by the current agent.
• Post received policy premium amounts on policy bill lines.
• Follow up with agents for delinquent items and amounts held in the suspense account.
• Ensure transaction quality complies with predefined parameters set by SLA metrics.
• Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis.
• Adhere to established attendance schedules, per predefined rosters.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Coach and groom team members to build a strong, efficient team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance
• Master’s degree in Finance
