Overview
A leading digital cloud fax and interoperability solutions organization is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their finance team. The organization focuses on connecting healthcare providers, payers, care teams, and technology innovators by unifying disparate systems. With over 25 years of experience, the employer leverages advanced healthcare standards and AI technologies to transform unstructured data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data models from the data lake to support financial forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, and analysis.
- Create, launch, and maintain automated, executive-ready business intelligence dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Data Engineering, and Product teams to consolidate data sources (e.g., Salesforce, Stripe, Oracle) into a single source of truth for Finance.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data used for board meetings, investor relations, and regulatory reporting.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial analytics, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex, optimized queries, using window functions, and managing large-scale data manipulation.
- Experience supporting automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and self-service analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Hands-on experience with modern data stacks and cloud-based data warehousing tools such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools, with Tableau strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build and manage data pipelines independently from ingestion to reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $120,000 to $130,000 annually.
- Total compensation package is negotiable and may include annual performance bonuses, employee stock purchase plans, enhanced time off packages, and benefits.
Location & Other Details
- Fully remote position within the United States.
- Preference for candidates in PST, MST, or CST time zones; EST candidates considered if willing to work PST hours.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and handle long screen time.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection required.

- Position contingent upon satisfactory completion of an extensive Federal Government background check as a Public Trust Position.
- Candidates must be active U.S. citizens or green card holders residing in the U.S. for at least 3 consecutive years.
