Overview

A Senior Financial Analyst is needed to perform detailed financial analyses for senior and executive management on both recurring and ad hoc bases. This role requires creativity, efficiency, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving financial systems and toolsets, collaborating with accountants and peers across multiple functions to enhance operating results while ensuring compliance with established controls and standards.

Location

  • Preferred on-site at the Corporate Headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL
  • Remote work within the U.S. is also considered

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze complex financial reports on a recurring and ad hoc basis
  • Review, analyze, approve, and prioritize change requests for financial reporting systems and toolsets
  • Provide support and training to plants on the use of financial systems and toolsets
  • Develop specifications and implement improvements to financial systems and toolsets
  • Prioritize initiatives to modify and enhance financial systems based on cost, benefit, and overall company impact
  • Perform ad hoc analyses often under tight deadlines
  • Manage user requests for changes to financial systems and toolsets, including analysis, due diligence, and development of alternatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Preferred coding knowledge in SQL, Python, or related languages
  • Preferred experience with ACL analytics
  • Preferred knowledge of SAP, PowerBI, Tableau, or related tools
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $79,400 - $142,900, determined by qualifications, experience, location, education, market data, and internal equity
