Overview
A Senior Financial Analyst position is available within a Nutrition & Health Sales Finance team. This role involves partnering closely with Sales, Customer Strategy, and Brand teams to analyze complex sales and profitability data, providing clear insights that support smarter decision-making and stronger business performance. The position reports to the Senior Finance Manager (Planning & Reporting).
This is a remote role with anticipated monthly travel to a corporate office located in Bridgewater, NJ. Candidates local to the corporate office will receive top consideration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong business partner relationships with Customer Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Brand teams
- Provide monthly sales and profitability actuals reporting to key stakeholders
- Support and enhance the sales business planning cycle alongside the Strategy team, promoting consistency and standardization in sales/trade planning and target setting
- Maintain Customer Scorecards and other KPIs to drive field effectiveness, including metrics such as Actuals/LE vs Target and Forecast Accuracy
- Lead periodic profitability reviews, analyzing customer mix and channel performance across multiple brands
- Conduct detailed analyses on customer sales and margin performance, channel evolution, and mix impacts to deliver meaningful insights to US Sales and Brand leadership
- Own and improve monthly RIG-OG forecasting and actuals reporting processes for assigned businesses
- Provide analytics and data gathering support for various projects across the organization
- Support period-end close activities and other ad-hoc assignments as needed
- Identify and implement sustainable process improvements to enhance quality and team efficiency
- Utilize SAP, BW, Oracle, XTEL TPM, PowerBI, and Excel Power Query to organize, update, and analyze data
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales Finance, or other operational finance roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities or risks, and communicate findings clearly and concisely
- Solid understanding of accounting principles including accruals and prepaid accounts
- Knowledge of customer P&L and margin performance drivers
- High interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Flexibility to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines

Compensation & Benefits
- Approximate salary range: $88,000 to $102,000 (final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location)
