Overview
This role involves leading the Revenue and Contribution margin forecasting and planning processes within the Corporate FP&A team. The team supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis to evaluate financial performance against company goals and provide insights to leadership, the Board, and investors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the revenue and contribution margin forecast and planning processes, including managing communication and reporting
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, FP&A, and analytics to ensure timely and accurate revenue and margin reporting, forecasts, and long-range plans
- Analyze financial results and synthesize key messages for internal stakeholders
- Support business planning by helping develop team targets and OKRs
- Own and improve financial systems, models, and processes to enhance productivity and accuracy
- Manage ad hoc projects to support management and business decisions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Proven experience leading revenue forecasting
- Strong ability to analyze business performance and create narratives for C-suite, Board, and other stakeholders
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, proficient with Excel and G-Suite tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of telling the story beyond the numbers
- Ability to translate financial analysis into clear, insightful recommendations
Compensation
- For candidates in San Francisco / Bay Area, San Jose, New York City, or Seattle metros: $199,800 - $258,500
- For candidates in Austin, TX or Washington DC metros, or in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or Washington states: $180,200 - $233,200
- For candidates in all other US locations: $170,000 - $220,000
Actual salaries will vary based on job level, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency.
Location
