Overview

A leading organization in the Consumer Technology sector is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst specializing in Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role focuses on enhancing financial discipline related to P&L visibility, margin improvement, and overall business performance. The position involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve planning processes, financial controls, and resource allocation. It offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and develop scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location

  • Remote (US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available)

Compensation

  • $170,000 – $220,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue and contribution margin forecasting and planning processes
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Analyze financial results and communicate key insights to stakeholders
  • Support the planning and development of team targets and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Enhance systems and processes to improve productivity within the FP&A team
  • Manage ad hoc projects to support strategic business decisions

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Proven experience leading revenue forecasting
  • Skilled in crafting narratives on business performance for C-suite executives and board members
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and Google Workspace (G-Suite)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with financial modeling software such as Adaptive Insights or Anaplan
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of SQL databases for managing and querying financial data
  • Proficiency in data visualization techniques to effectively present financial information
  • Experience with Agile project management tools for managing ad hoc projects and team collaboration
