Overview
A leading organization in the Consumer Technology sector is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst specializing in Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role focuses on enhancing financial discipline related to P&L visibility, margin improvement, and overall business performance. The position involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve planning processes, financial controls, and resource allocation. It offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and develop scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.
Location
- Remote (US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available)
Compensation
- $170,000 – $220,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead revenue and contribution margin forecasting and planning processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Analyze financial results and communicate key insights to stakeholders
- Support the planning and development of team targets and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Enhance systems and processes to improve productivity within the FP&A team
- Manage ad hoc projects to support strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Proven experience leading revenue forecasting
- Skilled in crafting narratives on business performance for C-suite executives and board members
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and Google Workspace (G-Suite)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with financial modeling software such as Adaptive Insights or Anaplan
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of SQL databases for managing and querying financial data
- Proficiency in data visualization techniques to effectively present financial information
- Experience with Agile project management tools for managing ad hoc projects and team collaboration
