Overview
This role involves supporting the Enterprise Go-to-Market (GTM) organization as a Senior Financial Analyst. The position is central to Sales Finance and focuses on driving financial clarity, forecasting accuracy, and data integrity across the Enterprise business. The role requires active consultation with leaders and driving business outcomes through ownership of financial data, forecasting rigor, annual planning support, and partnership with Sales, Marketing, HR, Sales Operations, and Product leadership.
Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee. Certain roles may be subject to U.S. export control laws requiring U.S. person status.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end segment forecasting for the Enterprise P&L, including revenue, COGS, and OPEX
- Partner with the sales team to model bookings, revenue conversion, and pipeline trends
- Manage expense forecasts, headcount planning, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts with scenario planning
- Prepare board- and executive-level financial reports with clear narratives and insights
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Adaptive and Excel-based financial models
- Collaborate closely with accounting, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align and verify financial data
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a high-growth, data-driven company
- Consulting background preferred, with focus on problem solving, advisement, and execution
- Strong financial modeling skills across monthly, weekly, and annual planning cycles
- Experience with forecasting and Budget vs. Actual (BVA) analysis
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with BI tools and financial systems preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools or automation workflows is a plus
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Compensation
Base pay ranges by location (annual):
- Colorado: $98,000 - $130,000 - $143,000
- New Jersey: $98,000 - $130,000 - $143,000
- Delaware: $98,000 - $130,000 - $143,000
- Washington, DC metro area: $107,000 - $143,000 - $157,300
- California: $113,000 - $150,000 - $165,000
For other states, geographic cost of labor is used to determine market-driven pay ranges. Starting pay will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates meeting minimum requirements should not expect compensation at the top of the range.
This position is incentive eligible with targets based on contribution, company performance, and individual results.
